Meet the Founder & Master Builder – Nick Lane

Nick Lane brings a rare combination of Australian training and grit, global building experience, and Texas-rooted values that give you confidence at every step of your building journey.
Nick began his building career in Sydney, Australia at just 14 years old, spending school holidays on job sites and quickly developing a passion for craftsmanship and hard work. After high school, he completed a rigorous Australian building apprenticeship—four years of full-time, on-site training paired with formal college education. This foundation means your home is built by someone who understands every detail of the building process from the ground up.
In 2002, Nick moved to the United States, first playing football with Stephen F. Austin University in Nacogdoches, Texas, before returning to his true calling—building great homes. Since then, he has constructed, remodeled, and restored homes across Texas, Aspen, Colorado, and Australia, giving you the benefit of a builder with broad, hands-on expertise in multiple environments and architectural styles.
Today, Nick is proud to call Texas home. He lives in Waco with his wife, Emyris, and their energetic triplet boys—Malachi, Lucian, and Aiden—who are already enthusiastic “construction supervisors.”

Cody has spent the past 25 years in and around the construction industry and brings a rare combination of hands-on skill and deep local knowledge. As a qualified Trim Carpenter and interior finisher, as well as a qualified Locksmith, Cody’s technical expertise ensures that your home’s most detailed features—from vaulted ceilings and exposed beams to custom trims and interior finishes—are completed with precision and pride.
Having lived in the China Spring area for more than 30 years, Cody understands the community, the environment, and the expectations of local homeowners. Clients appreciate his friendly nature, excellent communication, and the confidence they feel knowing he is overseeing their project.
